The Great Resurrection is the period that resulted from The Great Day. After the bombs fell, a highly radioactive element has riddled much of the blast areas, known as E115, and had spead by way of The Great Nuclear Cloud. As a result of E115 exposure, much organic life had mutated at the DNA level, giving rise to giant mutated creatures, as well as the tumor ridden Rabids.
